Our business account is with Paypal and we therefore prefer Paypal as method of payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to be able to make a payment through Paypal, you can just use your Debit or Credit Card securely, following the instructions on the Paypal checkout. UK Orders-All our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Royal Mail states that this service takes around 1-3 working days to arrive. During busy periods such over the Christmas period it can take a little longer.
We will provide you with the tracking number for your order once we have posted it and you will then be able to track the parcel.
It is always advisable to track your parcel in case Royal Mail have attempted to deliver the parcel whilst no one was in.
If for some reason you missed the delivery of your item(s) and did not collect the parcel from your Local Sorting Office we will have to wait until the parcel has been returned to us by Royal Mail before we can resend your order.
Special Delivery: If you would prefer a faster option of postage we are more than happy to send your parcel Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm but we would have to charge a little for this service as it is more costly to send items this way. If you are interested in having your item(s) sent Special Delivery please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page.
For customers from Europe we provide two options of shipping, Royal Mail Standard Airmail and Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Both of these will be automatically calculated at the checkout once you have filled in your address details and you can then select which out of the two services you'd prefer. Time scales for estimated delivery vary from country to country but are normally around 5-8 working days after we have posted the items from the UK. This may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
Once your items have been posted you will automatically receive an email with the updated status of your orders and If you selected Royal Mail Tracked and Signed during the checkout a tracking number will be visible for the package, allowing you to track the items.
Rest of World Orders-
We provide two options of shipping, Royal Mail Standard Airmail and Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. Here at CrimsonRichDesire we hand make all skull replicas to order. On average it takes us between 2-4 working days to create your skulls, however, if you are looking to purchase a large quantity of our replicas it may take us a little longer to get your items made up for you.
If you are looking to place a large order and would like to get an idea of manufacturing timescale please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page with details of the amount of skulls you are looking to purchase and we will be able to give you a better idea of how long your items will take to be created.
Under the distance selling regulations act you have the right to return any item purchased to us within 7 working days from receipt. Customers are responsible for all postage costs of returned items and must ensure all items are packed securely and returned to us in the same condition they were received. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
We take the utmost care to package your items securely to keep them protected during their journey to reach you. In the unlikely event that an item arrives with you damaged, incomplete or we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com so we can either repair, exchange, replace or refund you in full or part at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Separately we also collect your email address details when an enquiry is made through our contact form. We, CrimsonRichDesire, as the company do not share the information we have collected outside our web host.
